Prerequisites

After defining their collective ambition, team members can set clear, challenging team goals together. Further, each individual team member can align their personal contribution (preferable unifying strengths) to their team goals. This is how a team creates mutual commitment.

Besides that there should also be a form of communication that is safe, open, direct and constructive. Through this form of communication everybody gets feedback on one’s devotion, strengths and progress towards the goals set.
